The weeks before Christmas are busy and it's tempting to postpone all thoughts of exercise until after the holidays. Perhaps we can persuade you otherwise with our free 12 day gym and class pass? Think of it as 'damage limitation'. A few gym workouts or classes during December will mean fewer excess pounds to tackle in January.

12 Days of Fitness is a great way to find out if Y+ Fitness is the gym for you and come January, you'll have a head start with your fitness resolutions. The pass entitles you to unlimited use of the gym and classes for 12 consecutive days from now until the end of December; choose from Indoor Cycling, Body Pump, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and many more.
