The Resolution Challenge
23 December 2011
The Extra Motivation You Need!
If like most people you’ve gained a few pounds this Christmas, then perhaps one of your New Year resolutions could be to lose them.
The Resolution Challenge may be just the motivation you need.
In teams of three, the challenge is to collectively lose weight safely and effectively over a
12
week period. Each team will be assigned a Y+Fitness Personal Trainer, who will meet up with your team every three weeks, to go through your training programme and give you nutritional advice.
At the beginning of the challenge, there will be a confidential weigh-in which will then be updated every three weeks and your teams progress shown on a chart displayed in the gym. The team with highest percentage of weight loss at the end of the programme will be the winners.
Each participant will get a free t-shirt if they finish the 12 week challenge and there will be further prizes for the winning team, to be awarded at the closing ceremony.
Entry Costs £5 Per Person.
You can book by filling in the form and handing it into reception at any Y+ Fitness centre.
The challenge is open to all members, including ‘Pay As You Go’ users.
If you do not have a team of three, you can sign up as an individual and the Y+ Fitness team will assign you to a team.
