At previous Sleep Easy events, we’ve had a wide range of people take part. Local councillors, children as young as 10, church groups, youth groups, hospital staff, scouts, reporters and a few YMCA LSW residents too.

Sleep Rough So Others Don’t Have To

The Memorial Gardens in Kingston and Holy Trinity Church in Wimbledon will turn into a sea of cardboard and woolly hats on Saturday 28th January, as they become homes for the night to brave fundraisers who ‘sleep rough so others don’t have to’.

Christmas Craft Fair

Sleep Easy: Kingston

On Friday 2nd December, staff and volunteers from YMCA London South West and Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness, spent shifts sleeping in a Perspex box filled with cardboard, newspaper and a sleeping bag, outside the Bentalls Centre in Kingston Town Centre.
