An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administration Assistant to support the Director of Property and Places in recording and retrieving financial details of the company, including maintaining financial records, processing payments, collection of income and purchase invoices cash handling and salaries.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to provide support to the Director of Property and Places.In addition to admin support The position involves undertaking a range of tasks to assist with the smooth running of the office,maintaining Estates and Facilities records, being flexible to changing demands and able to work effectively with a wide range of people.
Applicants must have experience of working with a range of computer software, able to use initiative and be self motivated; ideally to have worked in an office environment and able to work effectively in a team setting. Good organisational/communication skills and telephone manner are essential for this position.
