Booking Officer – South London

Based at: YMCA Wimbledon
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term 
Hours of Work: 25 hours per week on rota based over 5 days 
Annual Salary: £12,155 per annum
Closing date: 3 August 2017  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Booking Officer to carry out administrative work and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth running of all day to day bookings as required; to maximize space across South London locations while working as part of the reception team,  to be a welcoming  presence ensuring a high quality of service and excellence in customer care, to assist the reception team as appropriate in the reception areas with hands-on approach, while maintaining YMCA Christian Ethos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and taking payments for run bookings, organise and provide room hire agreements, have a clear understanding of bookings, booking rates, availabilities and ability to use card transactions; also to have experience working front of house, switchboard systems, dealing with invoices and finance; and excellent planning and schedule experience.
