The ultimate mix of music, games and energy for 8-12 year olds every Wednesday after school (4.30-5.15pm for 8-10s, 5.30-6.15pm for 11 & 12 year olds).

Children can have fun and improve their fitness levels with Karate Kids. Taught with a holistic approach, where students can build self confidence, increase concentration whilst developing self-discipline and respect. Mondays, 4.45pm.

Who Let The Dads Out?
A monthly opportunity for dads to meet up and spend time with their children (2nd Saturday from 9.30am). There will be craft activities and fun games for the children (aged 0-7 years) and a relaxed environment for dads to build friendships. Entrance is free.
