Cardio: Healthy heart, healthy mind

Insanity Live
A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning programme based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. This class pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism

Indoor Cycling
This class is designed to bring outdoor cycling techniques indoors, under controlled conditions with a great soundtrack to motivate you in this fun-filled workout.

A great fat-burning aerobic workout that’s easy to follow, designed to shape and tone bottoms & thighs.

A combination of strength, cardio and stamina work using different exercise stations in the studio or gym.

Les Mills™: certified classes

The original LES MILLS™ barbell class – it will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

A mix of yoga, tai chi & pilates that’ll leave you feeling strong, centred & calm.

Non-contact movements combine the dynamic punching and kicking of martial arts with western boxing. The ultimate aerobic workout.

Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Toning: Change your body shape

Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
An aerobic warm-up followed by lower body conditioning exercises to target your hips, thighs and buttocks to great music.

Abs blast
Traditional abdominal exercises and new integrated core training to work and strengthen the lower, mid, upper and oblique abdominal muscles.

Fit & Functional
Provides a functional and adaptable workout for body conditioning/toning. Based on currently popular exercises that challenge the muscular endurance of the core and also maintain a low-level cardiovascular workout.

Mind and Body: Relax, re-focus, re-energise

The pilates method is a conditioning programme that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination.

Hatha style yoga based on a series of poses to promote flexibility, good posture, mental well being and calm.

Dance: Get those feet moving!

A dance exercise routine that involves dancing to Latin American and international music creating a dynamic, exciting and effective workout.

The first dance fusion of its kind which blends the elegant movements of Ballroom and the up-tempo pace of Latin dances, with a series of tried and tested fitness methods into a simple, easy-to-follow class that works, tones and sculpts the whole body.

Jazz Dancing
A fun way to learn the routines from the West End with great choreography whilst keeping fit.

Tap Dancing
If you love show tunes, you’ll love this. Let us take you to 42nd Street for a fun-filled hour that just happens to be good exercise.


Zumba Gold
This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Gentle Exercise
This is a gentle class for those who want to improve stamina and mobility through light aerobics, toning and relaxation.
