Come join the debate – Hustings events in Surbiton and Wimbledon

The General Election is coming up and YMCA London South West encourages everyone to get registered to vote before Monday 20th April. You can register here

Surbiton event

For residents in Surbiton and Kingston, a General Election hustings will be held in St Mark’s Church in Surbiton on Friday 17th April at 7.30pm.

The candidates are James Berry, Conservatives; Edward Davey, Liberal Democrats; Laurel Fogerty, TUSC; Lee Godfrey, Labour; Clare Keogh, Green; and Ben Robert, UKIP.

This is an excellent opportunity to question the candidates and get answers on the issues that matter to you.

Wimbledon event

YMCA London South West, in partnership with local churches, is also hosting a hustings event in Wimbledon on Tuesday 21st April at 7.30pm at the Trinity United Reform Church.

The candidates in Wimbledon are: Stephen Hammond; Conservatives; Shas Sheehan, Lib Dem; Andrew Judge, Labour; Charles Barraball, Green; and Peter Bucklitsch, UKIP.
