Location: YMCA Surbiton
Contract: Fixed Term Contract three months
Shift Pattern: 5-8 hrs working on shift pattern afternoon 1.30pm to 9.30pm and 5pm -10pm Monday – Sunday.
Hourly Rate: £ 9.38 per hour

During these exciting times for the association, we are seeking a Duty Officer at YMCA Surbiton. To manage operational responsibility and ensure the smooth running of the Centre whilst on duty during evenings and weekends, dealing with issues, problems, incidents and complaints as they occur. The post holder is also responsible for the wellbeing of residents, staff, members and other users on a daily basis and the safety and security of the premises. Duty Manager is expected to manage most situations using their own initiative and make decisions on when to call emergency services, or the Duty Director.
