The YMCA London South West Strategic Plan covers the years leading up to 2015. Five years worth of projects, large and small, grown from our Christian vision to nurture, grow and change lives through our work in housing, fitness, children's and youth work.
It is a five year plan, which is a long time to look ahead and YMCA LSW is a large organisation serving many different communities. So, where do you start?
Well, we began by looking at all our operational areas and asking three questions:
- How can we best develop our facilities, programmes and staff to meet the needs of our communities?
- What are those needs likely to be?
- How do we make sure that the services we deliver are of the excellent quality we aspire to?
It's a journey and the world has changed in ways that were difficult to predict back in 2009 when it was drawn up, but we've made good progress. If you would like the read the Plan, it can be downloaded
