As a registered charity, we are governed by a group of 11 trustees, who volunteer their time and expertise to ensure that the association is realising its vision of being a Christian charity where people can come as they are; be met at their point of need and come to know live in all its fullness.
Board of Trustees
The Board is the governing body with ultimate responsibility for YMCA London South West. It is made up of men and women who are elected from its Full Membership.
Strengthened by their collective Christian faith and diverse richness of talent and experience, they freely give their time and professional expertise to guide the strategic direction of the Association.
The Board works very closely with the Senior Staff Team, under the leadership of the CEO, to ensure that the day-to-day operation of YMCA London South West continues to be relevant within the local communities it serves.

Senior Staff Team & Heads of Departments
Led by the Chief Executive, the Senior Staff Team and Heads of Departments manage all our work from an operational and strategic point of view. It is their role to make sure that the plans and objectives agreed by the Board as part of the Strategic Plan are achieved and that we’re working to the best of our ability.
