The YMCA LSW is a registered provider of Housing with a growing presence across South, South West and East London. The HR Department provides services for over 700 staff and 200 volunteers. We are involved in all areas of HR work – supporting line managers in recruiting and inducting workers, learning and development, payroll, queries and problem handling through to disciplinary and redundancy.
To assist in the provision of a comprehensive HR service for the Association involving administration of: Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning & Development administration, Disclosure and Barring Service Checks and other support duties to the team as required in order to enable the smooth running of the HR function.
£20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, generally worked within office hours, Monday to Friday, subject to change.
Commencing at 25 days per annum plus public holidays (for five day per week workers; otherwise pro-rata).
