Based at: YMCA Wimbledon
Hours of work:40 hours per week (worked over 7 days on a rota basis- Reception operating hours 9am – 9pm)
Pay: £20,800 per annum

We are seeking a confident Receptionist Co-ordinator to join our front of house team who will provide leadership, direction and operational management of the day reception team.  You will ensure the reception team provide a high quality provision of customer service and excellent customer care; developing an effective team which is able to demonstrate initiative and deliver a high standard to users at the centre; hold regular team meetings; ability to handle cash and card transactions methodically and efficiently and ensure the opening/closing procedures are adhered to at all times; excellent project planning, change and time management skills, together with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Candidates must have  previous senior management experience of managing a customer service function within a medium sized organisation; well developed IT skills, together with strong team leadership and performance management grounding.
