Hours of Work: 28 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday; 7am – 2pm (Job share will be considered)
Annual salary: £12,230.40 p.a.

We are seeking a Receptionist who can provide information and a warm welcome to the public and to assist in the smooth running of the Centre particularly controlling “people traffic” in the reception area together with admin support. The Pool’s services are very weather dependent, the summer season can be very busy and the winter period quieter. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer care service to centre users, conducting tours of the facilities; inform potential members and service users of memberships and promotions; taking room hire bookings and maintaining accurate receipting and accounting of all monies and credit card transactions taken.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an environment providing a front of house service to the public; experience of cash handling and to have worked with a range of computer software. It is essential for candidates to be able to relate effectively with people of all ages; to work effectively in a team and to be able to prioritise and manage conflicting demands and situations.
