Richard joined YMCA LSW in May 2010 but had worked alongside various members of the YMCA staff team for a number of years in his role as Director of Kingston based youth charity Oxygen (Kingston YFC). Prior to that, Richard was a Company Director, church youth worker and a youth project leader.
