We use a combination of sports therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture methods, which include:

Appointments and referrals
Appointments may be made directly for an initial assessment.
We also work closely with local GPs who can also refer you for treatment.
Cost and cancellation policy
Each therapy appointment is charged at £25 for 30 minutes and £45 for 60 minutes.
A charge will be made if you fail to keep your appointment without giving 24 hours notice.
YMCA Sports Therapy is open to all, whether you are a gym member or not.
