BOOK OF POD TICKETS

  1. Usage subscription for The Pod at YMCA Hawker:
    1. 5 plays 1-4 years £18 or 5-11 years £23
    2. 10 plays 1-4 years £35 or 5-11 years £45
  2. Usage subscription for The Pod2 at YMCA Wimbledon:
    1. 5 plays 6 months – 3 years £15.75 or 4-8 years £18.75
    2. 10 plays 6 months – 3 years £30 or 4-8 years £35
  3. Passes can be used any time The Pod is open for public access from their chosen start date.
  4. The pass is valid for either 6 months (Pod Plays X5 pass) or 12 months (Pod Plays X10 pass).
  5. Can be used when pre-booking for sessions they wish to attend but do not have priority for a turn up and play session.
  6. Pre-booking is subject to availability.
  7. The subscription will count down as plays are used.
  8. The pass is non-transferable or refundable.
  9. Offer is attached to a specific child, if it is deemed you are allowing another person to use the pass YMCA LSW reserves the right to terminate your pass without refund.
  10. All children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults and must be supervised at all times.
  11. To be a user of The Pod we require you to complete a pre-registration form.
  12. The YMCA LSW has a safeguarding policy which we are bound to follow; the policy is available upon request.
  13. Food and drink must not be taken onto the play frame and only food and drinks purchased at YMCA Hawker cafe are permitted to be consumed on the premises.
  14. No shoes on the play frame; socks must be worn at all times.
  15. Adults MUST wear their POD sticker at all times.
  16. Fighting and bullying will not be tolerated; we reserve the right to ask anyone displaying unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour to leave The Pod.
  17. Loyalty cards cannot be stamp as part of this offer.

Wild Camp Out – July 2017

  1. Tickets are non-refundable. YMCA London South West reserves the right to cancel the event under extreme/adverse weather conditions, including extreme wet weather, flooding or extreme high winds.
  2. We expect that you will follow the usual customs of good camping. We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any point of your stay if the behaviour of any member of your party is unacceptable to us and no refund of monies will be paid.
  3. Gates will open at 4.30pm to pitch up on Saturday 16 July. You must vacate by 11.00am on Sunday 17 July and leave the pitch in a clean and tidy state. Pitches offered are for one tent, no cars will be allowed on to the field but can be parked in the car park on site.
  4. Pitch price includes two adults and up to 3 children. You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the centre. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
  5. YMCA LSW will not be liable to any person visiting, for any personal injury, fatal or non-fatal unless caused by a negligent act or omission by the company or its employees. YMCA LSW will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including, motor vehicles and personal effects, howsoever caused or sustained.
  6. You must pitch as directed by the ground staff, not encroach upon any other pitches and consider fire risk limitation, safety and access.
  7. Dogs are not allowed in any of the facilities on this site.
  8. Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted. Bricks for barbecues to prevent grass damage must be used if you wish to have your own barbecue. The use of generators is not permitted on site.  Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and the natural conditions are not to be disturbed.
  9. If there is a problem or dissatisfaction with any matters under our control, please notify us immediately, so we may have the opportunity to rectify issues.
  10. No washing up facilities will be available on site.
  11. Toilets and showers are available for use throughout the duration of the Wild Camp Out. Toilets and showers are unisex and children must be accompanied at all times when using them.
  12. A named contact will be available throughout the event in case of emergency. First aid can be accessed at the marquee from 6pm – 10pm and from 6am – 11am. Between 10pm – 6am first aid can be accessed via the emergency contact number.
