Whether you are new to the gym or have been going for years; Personal Training can be just what you need to get started, keep on challenging yourself and reach those fitness goals. 

With Personal Training you get a bespoke, personalized work out plan and individual appointments with a Fitness Instructor, whose sole focus it is to keep you motivated and challenged.

On the first week of February (2nd – 8th February), qualified Fitness Instructors working at YMCA Hawker will be holding FREE 30 minute taster sessions for everyone who are interested in finding out if Personal Training is for them

The taster sessions will run every day between 10:00am – 1:30pm. Every session is 30 minutes.

How to book

A timetable will be put up in the YMCA Hawker gym from 23rd January – please fill in your name and contact details (email or phone number) on your requested day and time. The Instructors will then get in touch with you for a pre-session chat.

Alternatively you can contact the Fitness Instructors direct by phone to book a slot (click on the names below for contact details).
