The fully air-conditioned gym at YMCA Surbiton has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Recently refurbished and re-fitted with all new Precor equipment it is spacious and has ample equipment and so queues for machines are rare.
The gym is equipped with TV’s and cardio theatre; so you can work-out to your favourite music or make sure you don’t miss your favourite TV programme.
Our fitness Instructors are always on hand to help advise you in your work out. Included with membership is the ‘Get Started Programme’, five one-to-one appointments that will help you get the most from your work-out.
Easter Opening Times
The Health & Wellbeing facilities are closed Good Friday, open as normal Saturday, Sunday and Easter Monday 8am to 4pm.
There will be no 9:30am Zumba Gold on Saturday and no 11:30am Spin class on Sunday.
On Easter Monday the only classes running will be 9:15 Step and 10:30 Bodypump.

In the Restaurant on the ground floor, you can relax after your workout with a freshly salad, a home-cooked hot meal, panini or just a fairtrade coffee. Members get 15% off any purchase in the restaurant when presenting their membership card.
The Surbiton gym is run as a social enterprise and all surpluses are used to fund YMCA LSW’s community projects. By using our facilities you are helping us to help local vulnerable people.
