An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to provide operational coordination of the Health & Wellbeing Department, with a hands-on-approach, for all Health and Wellbeing functions including Memberships, Sales, Classes and Community and Health and Wellbeing Service.
The successful candidate will maintain all aspects of membership and lettings database dealing with administrative member and service users correspondence, updating membership records and dealing with members and customers enquiries. You will promote, encourage and increase membership and participation in activity classes and programmes to encourage growth and development of the Health and Wellbeing Department.
You will require to hold a Level 3 fitness qualification approved by REPS, knowledge of Leisure/Health and Fitness Industry, high quality care, experience of cash handling, credit card transactions and reconciling tills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal, ability to handle conflict situation in a positive manner and proficient use of IT systems, Word and databases.
