We also offer a range of massage therapies and personal training sessions that will help you achieve fast, safe results.
Whatever your goal, be it to lose weight and fit into last year’s jeans; train for a marathon; improve your mobility after an operation or to work off the stresses of the day: our trained fitness team can help you achieve it.

Our opening hours are 6.30am – 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm at weekends and bank holidays.
